Back Pain Relief with Our Chino Chiropractor

After an evaluation with Dr. Baek, our Chino chiropractor, the first phase of your chiropractic care plan is to bring immediate relief. Our health team uses a variety of services to treat back pain and lessen your discomfort. Some of the techniques that may be used in your chiropractic care include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments

  • Cold laser therapy

  • Acupuncture

  • Spinal traction

  • Electrical muscle stimulation

  • Ultrasound

  • Hydrotherapy

  • Rapid release technology

Corrective Care

Chiropractic care continues as your back pain begins to heal. We enter the corrective care phase in which our goal is to eliminate the cause of your back pain. We may suggest postural exercises to support a healthy spinal alignment or show you ways to organize your work area to protect your neck and back. For example, if you are always leaning forward to type on a computer, your upper back pain may improve if you use a different setup. To help with lower back pain, our health team shows you core-strengthening exercises to support a better posture and take the pressure off your lower back. If your back pain is caused by sciatica, our chiropractic care continues with spinal decompression to reduce pressure on the sciatic nerve. Then, we show you ways to sit, stand, walk and sleep that will not irritate the nerve.

Chiropractic Wellness Care

As you progress through your chiropractic care plan and your back pain continues to decrease, you will also discover the multiple benefits of chiropractic adjustments. Not only has your pain decreased, but you also feel more energy and you have an increased range of motion. You find it easier to sleep and experience less discomfort throughout the day. Our chiropractic team helps you focus on your overall health, and this may include weight loss options with exercise guidance and nutritional support. Back pain does not have to slow you down. Baek's Chiropractic Health Center will bring you relief. After one visit, you feel better. After a series of visits, you remember what life is like without pain.
